So we built a room for it. Sauna, cold plunge, compression, and targeted heat and cold, steps from where you train and where you're treated.

It isn't a membership to buy or an upsell at the desk. If you train here or you're treated here, it's already yours.

Each tool does something different. Matched to the day and used together, they help you feel better sooner and keep showing up.

Traditional Sauna

Dry heat that loosens tight muscles, gets blood moving, and hands you a quiet few minutes to unwind. Reach for it to ease soreness, warm up stiff joints, and wind down after a hard day.

A short, cold immersion that calms inflammation and leaves you sharp and reset. A go-to after tough training, or when you need to shake off the day and feel awake again.

Wearable heat and vibration aimed at one stubborn spot, the low back, the shoulders, the legs. Loosen it before you train, settle it after.

Cupping & Targeted Tools

Suction and hands-on heat and cold for focused relief, easing tension and helping a stiff area move again. Often guided by your provider as part of treatment.
